Please note: Grant's Trail students will ride busses from Fenton.
Students in 6th-12th grade (2024/2025 school year) are heading to Lake Williamson Christian Center, in Carlinville Illinois from June 4-8. This event is put on by our YouthCrossing staff and team and is one of our most anticipated events of the year.
We have five days of incredible activities including: worship services, small groups, recreation, multiple ropes courses, swimming, lake activities, and fun with friends!
Drop off: We will meet at your registered campus (Grant's Trail will be meeting at Fenton) on Wednesday, June 4th at 9:30am to ride shuttle busses to Lake Williamson. Students, staff, and leaders will travel together on buses to and from the event.*
Pick up: We will return to your registered campus on Sunday, June 8th around 2pm**
Cost: $489 per student covers all costs for the week ($75 minimum down payment with the full balance due by May 11th, $75 is non-refundable deposit)
Early-bird: $419 per student through March 1st!
Financial Assistance: If you are interested in a scholarship for Summer Camp, please apply here. You may also register your student for Summer Camp, but please only pay the minimum of $75. Scholarship applications close on Sunday, April 13th.
Deadline: Registration closes on Sunday, May 11th or when we reach maximum capacity (we cannot accept any late registrations)
Important Registration Information:
Parental consent is required for students under 18 years old, so a parent/guardian should login to complete this registration
Enter the student's personal information (name, birthdate, etc.) when registering
Enter a valid email as the confirmation email at the end of the registration process
*Late arrivals and early departures will only be allowed from 9-10am Wednesday-Sunday. For safety reasons, we do not allow students to leave and return to camp throughout the day. If your student will be arriving late or departing early, please email youth@thecrossing.church for instructions on checking your student in or out.
